E-boat accelerator is for early-stage start-up teams
with innovative health solutions in the healthcare sector
in the Baltic region. Teams with
mobile health solutions
can benefit from the unique programme consisted a 6-weeks distance learning followed by 2-week Cruise Hackathon on the Baltic Sea and pitch in 5 locations (Gdansk, Klaipeda, Riga, Stockholm, and Tallinn). During the cruise, start-ups will learn, develop their products, identify customers, and meet potential clients and local investors – all under the supervision of IT specialists and universal design mentors.
12 selected teams have already completed 6-week distance learning where they had online training on the principles of universal design, lean methodology and customer development tools. Teams were on two weeks of an intensive and unique business creation sea-trip on the Baltic Sea. On 19th September all the teams were in Tallinn for the final event to share their journey and show some amazing solutions in healthcare.
The final event "Health tech startups anchor point" took place at Palo Alto Club (Telliskivi 60a, Tallinn) on 19th of September 2PM. Event was free and open for everybody. Read more from article.

The project is funded by EIT Health.
The programme aims to support incorporated start-ups with mobile health solutions. Participants should be ready to demonstrate and validate an English-language version of a mobile-friendly product/service and business concept. Programme runs from 27 March 2019 until the final week of September 2019
